Brisbane, Australia May 20th, 2015 -- Thermo King Australia participated in the bi-annual Brisbane Truck Show which was held at the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre on the 14 to 17th May this year. Despite flat growth in truck and trailer sales over the last year, the industry put on a strong show with over 300 exhibitors and more than 33,000 visitors at the largest truck show in Australia.
Thermo King proudly exhibited a number of products including our T-series truck refrigeration unit, the V-520RT rooftop unit and Tripac in-cab air conditioner. The centre piece of the exhibition was the special edition Thermo King ‘Black Panther’ Precedent S-700 trailer unit. This striking unit in black finish with blue LED lights impressed a number of customers and visitors at our stand not just with its looks but also its industry leading efficiency performance. We also had on display the Thermo King Cold Cube as well as the new solar panel accessory for keeping trailer unit batteries charged up when not in operation.
All our dealers in Australia and New Zealand were in attendance to meet with visitors to our exhibition. The show continues to prove to be a successful event where our dealers can connect with customers to keep them updated on the latest products and services from Thermo King.
